We understand that the cost of treatment will vary. There are many variables involved, not only comprised of the patient’s individual needs and treatment plans.
Our staff will explain in detail the full cost of your treatment, in addition to whether your insurance covers a portion of your treatment. They will make available to you all payment plan options so that you can make an informed decision and choose the best option for your dental and orthodontic care. You will always know the cost of your treatment before it begins.
We have a variety of financing options including CareCredit. CareCredit requires you to fill out an application and is a contract between the applicant and the financing partner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with keeping up with their policies.

AFFORDABLE PAYMENT PLANS
We understand that the cost for orthodontics is not cheap. So, we have created various affordable payment plans, tailor-made especially for you and your budget.
Your smile will last you a lifetime, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the quality orthodontic care that you deserve.
Our staff will create and then present these payment plans to you for easy perusal, taking into account insurance coverage as well.
We will help you with filing the insurance claims and any additional paperwork that may be required.
INSURANCE & BILLING
We are committed to providing the best care for you along with enabling you to maximize your insurance benefits.
Our insurance specialists work on estimating your insurance coverage to the best of their ability and we will submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf. Our practice accepts pretty much all PPO insurance policies; we provide care for our patients at the highest level avoiding any restrictions that may be placed on our doctor and staff. Typically we do NOT have contracts with insurance. Once we have received confirmation of insurance eligibility we will give you an estimate of your cost share, which is due at time of service. We will submit the claim to your insurance and please allow 30 days for the insurance to make payment.
There are so many insurance policies and they are at times so diverse and complex, that estimates received from insurance companies may at times be inaccurate. When that happens, after 45 days, you will be held responsible for any balance on your account. When there is a positive balance on your account, we most gladly will reimburse you either by check or in keeping the amount on your account for future services.
We strive to keep our office running as efficiently as possible along with keeping our expenses as low as possible. Your assistance enables us to offer you these options in helping you save your hard-earned finances.
